Is this a good monitor

Asus VX279Q

i'm mainly going to be using it for General use with quite a bit of csgo but that is prettymuch it ( no AAA titles yet )

Just wondering if it would be good for me 
I've got a pretty decent setup that can push about 250 fps in csgo whilst nvidia shadow play is on
My max budget is £220

Well i would buy this one, it might exceed your budget i dont know the valuta there, but its a good monitor.
