X8DTI Motherboard or Z800 motherboard?

I am doing a dual Xeon build. I already have my Xeons (x5560's) but, I can't decide if I should use this Supermicro X8DTI motherboard or HP's Z800. I know that the Z800 has some weird power connections but, there are some power adapters for that on ebay. I already have all my components but the motherboard. The z800 board looks like it would have better expand-ability and more usb headers as well as on board audio Etc.(not that I expect the audio to be good) There is also a blog online that shows someone else's findings and how they turned the z800 into their daily driver. If this helps make any deciding factors, I'll be using this system for gaming, a little bit of content creation, Twitch Streaming, folding@home and daily use. I would really appreciate any advice! Thanks! :D

What part do you consider the "headache"? Other than the odd power connectors (which i'm fine with tinkering with to find a solution)
