Help me find the largest mWh/$ Lipo battery on amazon?

In case you arent aware, mWh=V*mAh

So far, I've found a 7.4v*4000mAh battery (29600 mWh) for $23.

Can anyone beat that?

Can they be in the form of multiple 18650s? Just go to a local PC store and ask for spare laptop batteries. Take the working cells out of them. I have a 355 WATT/hour pack I made with FREE batteries. To charge it (its a ~24v pack) I used two generic lithium chargers from the hardware store, 10 bucks each.

I have a few pairs of their 3S 6000mAh LiPo's for my Traxxas E-Revo and you can't beat the price, they perform as good as packs that cost over twice as much.
