Tips on purchasing monitor

I currently have an ASUS MX279H and an old DELL 27 inch. 

 

I dont game much on PC but on my ps4. I was thinking of buying a 34 inch curved monitor but hesitating that the ps4 might have black bars or will stretch, is this true?

 

I also like the aesthetics of the MX279H (thin bezels, speakers (when needed), and modern looks). so thinking of just upgrading to two MX27AQ, if the ultra wide is a bad idea.

 

What do you guys think, an ultra wide curved display, or dual MX27AQ? open for other suggestion. Thank you.

would be bars on ultrawide unless you make the monitor stretch it if thats possible like a tv can. but yea, dont go ultrawide for ps4, no sense, AND since the ps4 is limited to bad graphics and 720p, really nothing will make it look better, so cheap ips in the size you want.
