I am just about to encode (export) a video. It is 2:21 (m:ss) long and is 1920x1080 (1080p) @ 59.94FPS.

I would guess target bitrate to 15Mb/s and Max bitrate at 25Mb/s?

I depends on what you are encoding but 15 is more than enough for 1080p

I am aware of that, I can't fully describe the action in the scene obviously. First time using custom settings, since premiere is not letting me set to match sequence settings.

Thanks for the information though, at least I know I can experiment with less than 15. I have no value for this measurement as I have never used it, so thanks a lot! :)
