Need help with 144hz monitor

So here's my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6KNvP6 (was meant to pick the x61 kraken can't find it) and I want to get a 144hz, 24 inch monitor but can't find a lot with free sync so would it be good getting a monitor with free sync like Nixeus Vue 24 or a 24inch 144hz monitor without free sync ? Please help me pick

there are alot of 144hz freesync monitors if you're willing to pay for 1440p
