Help me decide which (cheap) monitor to buy for gaming

I'll be using it to play games..all types of games..these two monitors are within my budget...yes im poor :V

cheapest IPS display you can find

EDIT: Asus one is IPS, if only these are your options I'd get that

Check out AOC 24" G2460VQ6 if you have AMD GPU you get freesync mega cheap! 

 

idk where you are from so cant say where you can get it for a good price. 

From 2001-2014 I had 156Kb/s Down and 0,02 Kb/s up. Now I have 35/35 Mb/s, it has truly changed my life.

I can't tell what the first one is. 

The VX239H is good though.
