HELP, which monitor should i get?

Okay so im getting a new monitor soon... which of the 2 monitors should i get below? Both of these monitors are compatible with my build. *NOTE* (if you have another suggestion you can post it)

 

(I have a i7-4790k, and a Radeon R9 390)

 

-BenQ XL2730Z

 

-Acer XG270HU

 

 

                                           I need something with Freesync for AMD, and i love 144hz and 1440p. THANKS!
