how to costum sleeve coolermaster g750m

hey guys,

I want to sleeve my cm g750m but i ran into a problem on the pci cables there like the ones in the picture.CoolerMaster-G750M-12.jpg

there is 1 cable for 2 pci connectors how do i sleeve those nicely??
