What temperature should my CPU be running at and how fast should the fan be running?

Hello, I built my first PC today and I'm just wondering how hot should CPU be? I'm using a AMD Athlon x4 860k and I'm using the stock cooler. I'm currently installing Battlefield 4 and on the program SpeedFan it says my core is: 60C is this normal? Also my fan is: 4470 RPM. Please can someone let me know what is considered dangerous for the temperature of my CPU and fan speed.

Thanks :)

Hello, your CPU temperature is at 60C correct? Is this at idle or under heavy load?

I'm currently downloading and installing Battlefield 4 so not idle but I wouldn't say under too much load.

I'm playing arma 3 at 50C which is heavy load, so 60C while downloading a game is quite high, you should be fine for a while but for the long run you will get over heating. I'd say a CPU's heat is fine until it goes over 71C
