well steam changed how they do sales now. before they had it so on the last day of the sale like everything is back on sale but now they made it so when its on sale its as good as the price is gonna get so now it doesn't matter when you buy it as the proce will be the same when ever its on sale . and they stopped flash sales

thier on sale right now and most vavle games are on sale the wholesale

There won't be anything added to this sale. As said, they changed things. All thing on sale now are only things that will be on sale and their prices won't change during this sale. Before it was that all games which were on sale could appear on daily or flash with even more reduced price. But even then if game wasn't on sale, it wouldn't be on sale during that event.
