Can I buy key to windows 7 home premium?

Microsoft doesn't supply new lisences. If you find any seller, thats as good as it gets. Most retailer stores don't sell them anymore.

You can find Windows 7 licenses of all types for sale on eBay, Craigslist, and reddit.
