I need help.

Soooo the steam winter sales are here and I am prepared to become poor once again but first I wanna buy a racing game! Now I'd just play it casually for example when my friends come over and I wanna play split screen or when I get stressed after hours of grinding BO3 but I want the game to be as realistic as possible.

What would you guys recommend?

Have Dirt 3 for the XBOX 360 never play it... Don't really like the physics...

I have Project Cars, Grid Autosport, Dirt 3, and Assetto Corsa. Project cars gets my vote, its like gran turismo, but better and for pc
