Corsair's H100i GTX vs H110i GTX. Performance POV.

Saiyan

I'm currently working on a 4790k build in a Phanteks Enthoo Pro so I will be able to fit either of the radiators on the top mounted slot, but what I'm wondering is, is it worth it for the $30 extra bucks to get the H110i GTX for performance aspects? I know the H100i GTX gets great reviews but I'm wondering because I have a full tower and everything if the 240 rad is big enough so that it won't look small and missplaced when mounted on the top of the case as an exhaust.

Any owners of the H100i GTX or H110i GTX opinions??

The H100i GTX is priced around $100 atm and the H110i GTX is priced around $130.

Just get the cheaper one.

The only difference is more features.

Plus that's really overkill for intel, you are more likely to hit the max of the silicone and safe voltage before you are cooling for either one of them

The difference is rad size.

OP, it depends. A 280mm will be quieter (bigger fans) and will cool better in general.

Are you gonna OC the crap out of it? If yes, the H110 is your friend.

I used to be quite active here.

Like I just said you are more likely to hit safe voltage limits before you exceed the max cooling power of either one of them
