Fan Positioning on a AiO

Redfern

Hi, so I have the case Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ITX and have mounted a Corsair H110i GT into the top and was wondering the best fan position and orientation. So my questions are:

1) Which way should I mount the fans pulling air from the case the through the rad and out the top or pulling air from outside and the rest through the rad and into the case

and

2) Does it make a difference if I mounted the fans on the top and the radiator underneath or is it better to put the fans underneath and the radiator on top?

Thanks and happy holidays!

I have my fans on top of the radiator because it's easier to clean(even though temperatures may be slightly worse). I would not use the fans on the radiator as intakes for the system as well.
