Artifacting? If you haven't recently OC' ed your GPU, it's dying.

Possibly overheating, how old is it? Were you usually able to run CS:GO? Does it change when you turn down the settings?

It must be OC because in GTA V i experienced same artifacts with my OC and when disabled it then they were gone. Card had 65`C with and without OC because this is where fans start

AMD recently released a patch for their drivers. Their recent release basically screwed around with the temp/fan curve and failed to function at high temperatures. It let your graphics card keep running at 100% despite the fact your temperature should have had the card thermally throttling....and it still had the fans running at 20%....

This was a screw up, and has burnt out any number of cards. I'm trying not to rip on AMD, but at least you got 4GB's, and they were running hotter than the sun.
