AND a 1TB HDD??

WITH AN i5-4460???

Oh, only 8GB of RAM.

 

I'd buy this, then save up for 2 more sticks of memory.

I'd go with a cheaper motherboard and better SSD. 250GB+

Also, grab a 212 EVO.

More and more games are starting to recommend 12GB (16 is more standard) of RAM. I'd say it's definitely a worth it upgrade.

Everything but the ASRock Mobo and the PowerColor GPU.

Powercolor makes wonderful GPU coolers. Their customer service sucks, but their cooling is great. If you're on a tight budget, Powercolor is the way to go.
