US Amazon- 960gb Sandisk ssd only $250!

Rekcut722

The only thing that's cheap is the build quality.

What the hell are you talking about?

Those drives are great.

I used to own a SanDisk SSD. They literally feel like a plastic shell, and cheap plastic too, not premium. I get that it's not the point, but it's a lot less nicer than my old Samsung 840 Pro and especially my old Kingston HyperX 3K (that thing was a solid brick, felt great).

It ain't no 850 evo but it isn't a pos either.

I understand, I just like to have a nice build quality.

Well, they are pretty solid feeling now.

However, I still find the Extreme PRO line to feel a bit more solid.

I've seen it go for $200 around the time of Thanksgiving. I'd say wait a little bit for the price to drop even further if you could.

I think my 840 Pro had the most premium feel but the Kingston HyperX 3K had the most sheer weight and durability.

The 850 & 840 lines are great, but Samsung drives are just a wee bit too finicky for me, and the Kingston Drives I haven't used yet.
