WIN 7 Install CD/DVD Drive Driver needed

Hi All!

Well I have a small problem, I am trying to boot from an external drive with a win 7 install disk from microsoft inside.  It says that I need to load a CD/DVD Driver, is there anything that I should do?  I really need this computer to work soon.
