Yes it will run.  You have a good GPU.  Also, I hope you don't plan on building a pc with just those 4 parts.

Haha.  What power supply do you have?  I don't want you burning down the whole country of Scotland with a bad one. :)

JC3 is a very bad Example. My FPS are 40-70 in 1440p Ultra. Its not the best optimized Game since the Graphics are not that impressive. I expected FPS over 100 when i saw Gameplay Videos. But it gets the Job done. There are People in the JC Forum with 980Ti´s who get Frame drops below 10. So its realy hard to say how it will run.

I would not expect much performance of this Card though.

Yes, you exceed the minimum system reqiurements, but you're not quite up to the recommended specs. Do not expect to be able to max everything.

That being said, that's a solid build, and if you have extra, or can save extra, I'd upgrade to an i5-4690k and/or an r9 380 or gtx 960, either with 4 gb vram. These two upgrades will future proof you to some degree, instead of being merely "current".

Rule Number 1 When Building A Gaming PC: NEVER Spend more on the CPU than on the GPU, this Is exactly what you are doing.

I've read mixed reviews of Corsair PSUs, some people swear by them, and some people hate them. Do some research into what model you're getting to see if it makes unwanted noises or has other issues. If you're going Corsair for PSUs, tread lightly and do your homework, you'll be thankful for it when your PSU doesn't brick your whole build. I've heard great things about Seasonic PSUs, but haven't actually used them.

Corsair RMi is top of the line.
