Led strips for Corsair Air 240(Not a re-post)

I have kept looking on ebay for led strips for my case, and I stumbled across these- http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Computer-case-lights-chassis-lights-flexible-LED-strip-D-4pin-with-controler-/151659674199?var=&hash=item234f9efa57:m:m8y3NUs6yUTXfW3MtiL3QOQ Would these be decent? I dont expect them to last for a long time since im paying under $10. Would I have any trouble powering these? Thanks in advance for any help.

 

I would most likely be getting the 2*50cm LED + IR control and full color rgb.

They will work no problem, they're the regular SMD5050 LED's in most case lights, only thing as you said it's a bit unknown as to the quality of those lights so they may not last long term.
