Monitor Flickering Help

Hi my monitor is flickering as seen in the picture and I have tried everything to fix this it usually happens when opening Skype or links from Skype I have tried reinstalling Skype but I had no luck

Is your GPU oc'd? Did you try with the HDMI cable?

i have not overclocked it i purchased it prebuilt(i know its cheaper to build it) and i havent triend with a hdmi cable

Test your monitor in another computer, if the problem stays then something went wrong inside your monitor.
