Searching a small, budget m-ATX case

tobimai

Hello LTT community,

i'm searching a small but inexpensive micro-ATX case which has space for a m-atx Mainboard, an Arctic Freezer 13, a 2,5" SSD, a 3,5" HDD and maybe another drive later, but this is optional. I also want to install a Mid-range GPU like the R9 380 later on. USB 3.0 at the frontPanel would be really nice.

Most of the small matx cases I have seen so far are too low for the Arctic cooler, so maybe you could also recommend a low-profile CPU cooler which is also quiet ( i5-6500).

Thank you

Tobi

The Zalman ZM-T4 is cheap which is good, but I don't really like that tower-look, i'm more into cube-style cases. I looked at the Siverstone Sugo SG-09, i think it's epic but at 90€ it's a bit too much for a case in my opinion.

I don't really see a reason you would need an aftermarket cooler with that CPU. I'd save that money and put it towards a 380x instead.

I thought it would be much quieter, but I just saw that my current processor has a TPD of 65W and it runs relatively quiet on the stock cooler, so this is a good idea.

Corsair Spec-01 Carbide series?

Then there's the Deepcool Tesseract (little bigger but has tons of space)

OK thank you all for the good tips, but i'm starting to think that the price of the SilverStone Sugo SG-09 is not that bad, because I don't see any case with similar design (PSU in the front). I think I just have to spend the 90€ if I want to get a small case.

But i'm still open for suggestions.
