Cinebench FPS drops after aircooler install?!?

Podozpbking

So I installed an aftermarket CPU aircooler today and started running benchmarks.

My first Benchmark is Cinebench openGL.  Immediately I saw a drop in FPS from yesterday's benchmarks (from 148.86 to 109.43).  When nothing was changed to the system aside from a physical install of the aircooler.  This process did mean I had to remove the motherboard for installation.  I am wondering if this resulted in me not physically installing something correctly and thus a hit in performance?

Or did windows or Cinebench recently update in the background from yesterday and change my FPS scores?

Setup is as follows

Cpu Intel 4790k   Cpu Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 MoBo MSI z97s Krait Edition v10.6 Mem Corsair ddr3 2400mhz Storage Samsung Evo SSD 250gb VideoC MSI Nvidia GTX 970 OC 4gb 256-bit Case Thermaltake Versa h22 Psu Thermaltake TR2 Gold 600w OS Microsoft Windows 10 pro(64) v.1511
