my fren is kinda asking for an opinion.

feel so meh. he asked me for help with planning his rig, and then he came up with this. hope the bros and sis here can help to rate the rig he came up with. he has windows OS so no need to get, and prolly any one of those cheap dvd drive.

Seems legit. If he plans on overclocking, have him look at the i5-6600k with a Z170 motherboard. Other than that, seems good. He may want to get a beefier GPU down the road too, but the 380 is more than good enough for the present.
