anyone know the highest strix 970 oc ?

so i have a decent oc on my strix, and it seems higher then the average strix, and on stock voltage was able to achieve over 50 mhz past what poepl were maxing out on with voltage... anyone know what the fastest stock voltage strix is ? and on air 

mine in game goes up to 1546 mhz on core and my mem is set to 7800 mhz, all stock voltage and power limit

The max is around the 1550-1560 Mhz area.

 

Just looking at the 970 owners club, the highest I see is 1554 on air, but that's a EVGA 970 FTW

So, if the overclock is stable, you have a great GPU.

The max is around the 1550-1560 Mhz area.

 

Just looking at the 970 owners club, the highest I see is 1554 on air, but that's a EVGA 970 FTW

so do i have the fastest strix on the forum ? :P i know gofspar as the fastest 970 with his g1 gaming (or did last time i checked) with custom bios and such, but it seemes i have the fastest strix, even google searches are only showing results in the high 1400 range like 1490,1480,1485 and thats with voltage and such

 

and yes its very stable, only games that dont,like it is gta which doesnt like any oc, and 7 days to die witch is early release

Yup, it looks like it.

 

Just make sure it's stable, though.

 

 

Even if you can select the overclock, it doesn't mean it can overclock to that and work properly.
