AMD VCE 1.0 on 15.11 (GPU's)

I know that AMD took out the VCE support in the 15.7 patch but i heard some rumors that this was just a bug. I want to know if this issue got patched in the 15.11 update. I didnt see anything about it in the update notes. So i am asking the community, is there a hardware supported VCE program that i can use to record videos. I need something that runs on the GPU because I want to record ARMA 3 and if i am using fraps or dxtory then it will really take a dump on my frame rate. I used to use the Lagrigth lossless codec but, i started to get expensive. 1 min video = 2.2 GB I need something that can record about 30 Mb/s. (0.225GB per minute)   ( I plan on storing my game play for a long period of time.)

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

It's now AMD AMF. If you're using OBS to record then it should still support recording under the VCE tab via AMF

Check out my guide on how to scan cover art here!

VCE was deprecated, now AMF. Most recording software already supported it.

Latest MSI Afterburner also support AMD AMF.
