Good games for a 10 year old?

NickTheMajin

My girlfriend's little brother is going to be receiving a PC this Christmas. Built by me of course. 4670k and GTX 960. Now I'm trying to decide what games to load onto it for him. It's going to have the Sims 4 and Minecraft. What else would you guys suggest?

No Witcher 3, GTA V, Fallout 4 or anything like that. I have to respect his parents wishes. Skyrim will probably be fine. Psychonauts probably is too.

will Left 4 Dead series or Killing Floor be out of the list?

how would you allow skyrim if you dont allow fallout 4....

im like 100% sure its less sexualized then skyrim

violence wise they are about the same

I don't get to allow anything, he's not my kid.

Sexual themes aren't really big in either. Skyrim its all swords though and has less blood and gore in it (granted I haven't played it in a long time so I might be remembering it wrong). Fallout 4 is fresh in my mind and is blood and limbs galore.

Lego games, maybe Besiege, perhaps some indie games.

Wasn't expecting this many responses so quickly. Thanks guys. I'll fill the hard drive up with these games. Wouldn't have even thought of some of them. Made this topic when I went down my steam library and realized 90% of my games are mature rated.

Edit: Kids getting Kotor. No questions asked.

Definitely take a look at Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare. My little brother of 8 years seriously enjoys the game and it's actually quite fun. @NickTheMajin
