Windows 7 No USB devices recognized. Can't sign in.

I am running windows 7 ultimate on a GA78-LMT-USB3 mobo.

I noticed when i plugged in a few usb sticks none of them worked and my computer was not charging my phone. I tried multiple ports and none of them worked, so i restarted. I am using VeraCrypt bootloader and i could put in the decryption password there fine, but as soon as windows booted and got to the sign in screen my kb/m lost power.

Please help.

Uh oh. Sounds to me like one of 3 things: USB was disabled in the BIOS, your motherboard is faulty, or your power supply is on the fritz.

To eliminate it being the fourth option of Windows being buggy, try booting from a Linux Live CD/DVD or go to a friends house and make a bootable USB drive. This will at least tell you if it's a hardware problem or software problem with your machine. If your USB ports work with the Live CD/DVD/USB, it's not hardware related. If they don't, then you've got your answer.
