GPU for an A8 5500?

Anarchyz11

My friend is getting a graphics card for his computer, and building a whole new one isnt really an option. He currently has an A8 5500 and 6GB RAM, and I've suggested either a 750ti or a 950.

Would an A8 5500 bottleneck a 950 too hard to make it worth it over a 750ti? I dont really have experience with how APUs compare to an FX or intel.

Pretty sure they are about the same for gaming. I'd go 750 Ti, He hasnt got a prebuilt has he? if so, make sure he has a quality PSU and Mobo with all the necessary connectors.

A 950 won't really see much of a bottleneck on that CPU. A 960/380x would still be fine.
