Air cooled CPU & Water cooled GPU's in same system?

I'm thinking about getting better cooling on my 2x GTX 980TIs because of how much heat they produce 81c (I know that is what there supposed to run at but I still don't like it.) I'm thinking about getting two hybrid kits for the GPUs that are in SLI. Is it practical to cool the CPU with air and my two GPUs with AIO (All In One) coolers?

It'd be fine!  If you make your GPU radiators exhaust it should work fine.
