Witcher 3 is unplayable

I have the worst mouse acceleration possible, I don't really know why, it used to be fine, could it be a driver issue? I'm running a 970 by the way.

Please look at the settings closely.

It's almost as if I'm playing the game through treacle it's that unresponsive.

In my World it runs perfect.

What Settings do you play with and whats your FPS?

1080p everything is on low, it says at around 60FPS then drops to 30ish FPS, I really don't know what is causing this to be honest. I think there is something wrong with my drivers, I only have 50% GPU utilization.

Possible.

Delete the driver. Run a Tool named "driverfusion" to wipe all remaining driver files from ure system and install the newest driver. Maybe that is enough.

Driverfusion in its freeversion want install 3rd party software, unselect them.
