RAM 8GB installed, but only 3.25 usable. Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

Hi, I've got a problem Windows says I can only use 3.25GB of 8GB RAM. I've already tried MSCONFIG and unticking Maxium memory and restarted, that didn't work. Below are my Specs: post-293199-0-66673900-1449868773.png post-293199-0-13523300-1449868731.pngpost-293199-0-56121700-1449868731.pngpost-293199-0-03081100-1449868732.pngpost-293199-0-55979100-1449868732.pngpost-293199-0-03534300-1449868733.png post-293199-0-55953800-1449868881.png Any Help would be greatly appreciated thanks!  :)

Try different memory slots

It looks like the stick isn't being detected

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Can you post a screenshot of task manager?

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

So you showed us almost every tab on CPU-Z, but not the actual "Memory"-tab. +1 for that.

Anyways, how did you find out that Windows is only able to use 3.25 GB? By using the task-manager I assume?

true every tab besides memory

You elected not to show us the memory tab.

Why does everyone want to see the memory tab?  Yes, it's more than a little ironic that he neglected to show us that in a thread about memory, but honestly there's not really anything there that would be useful.  I would like to see the task manager performance tab. That'll tell us exactly how much memory is installed, how much is being used, etc.

It's either a faulty DIMM or a faulty motherboard. or there's no problem.
