Hello together,

Can you give me some options for a Mouse that I can use with and without a cable?

The thing is I would like to use it with both my Surface Pro 4 (Bluetooth4.0) and my future gaming PC (USB3).

My Budget is around 50€. (It would be great if you could check it on amazon.de)

Thanks for your help.

He's looking for a wireless mouse that also can be wired.

He is looking a mouse that uses Bluetooth for him to use with his Surface Pro 4 that can also be wired for his future gaming PC.

But from my searches i could not find a mouse that fitted that criteria so i opted for the wired mouse options.

Do I get this right, that I'll have to use the wireless usb thingy or bluetooth 4?

There is no option to connect via cabel? It's not really a problem. I doubt that this will make me trouble while gaming. (It's not competitional). I just want to be sure it is this way.

I'm talking about mx master of course.

The MX Master uses Bluetooth and it comes with a cable so you can use it wired if you want to minimize your latency. The G700s I recommended is the same except it uses a USB dongle to deliver a more stable wireless connection instead of Bluetooth(the G700s is more of a gaming mouse).

There is no mention of the MX Master using wired connection for anything other than charging on the Logitech website. Not sure about any videos that have this covered because can watch videos in work.

There is a video Linus done about it when he was at NCIX.

Alright thank you.

Bluetooth is more important than wired.

The Surface is very thight on it's USBs (only 1 port). Ugh.

you could get a portable usb hub. allow you to use more ports from the one on the surface

Of course I could. But I don't need it. Mainly Use it in University and there I need it to be light. And I mostly use the pen for input.

But at home it would be nice to have a mouse + external hdd (or something else).

And as I have to buy a mouse anyways... I,ll buy one with bluetooth. Cheaper this way.

MX Master has this cool feature to simply switch between to devices. I'll take that one I guess.
