How can I turn down my chassis fan without speedfan?

Go into the bios and manually turn down the RPM

This, I cba with the bios fan controller its very crap on the sabretooth. My system normally goes from low-medium when gaming and stuff and it's only at full when I stress test my system.

- BIOS or mobo software if supported by mobo

- Voltage regulators aka low-noise adapters

- Hardware fan controller or USB connected fan hub.
