Is there a way to gpu accelerate premiere elements 13?

Here is my build i am using a sapphire amd r9 390x

I don't know if you can add your video card to the list of supported cards in Premiere Elements as we can for Premiere Pro.

a quick google revealed they only included some basic gpu rendering features in premiere elements 13, for one gpu manufacturer...

 

and thats.. you guessed it...

intel integrated graphics

well, it'd at least take some load off your cores.

 

and a bit down the post the guy mentions something else interesting:

if you have a more powerful gpu, it can be utilized, if you have an intel display adapter available.

 

so i guess for future reference, if someone needs a premiere elements 13 build, we're gonna be recommending 4790k's again if they want gpu rendering.

GPU rendering even for Premiere Pro depends on the effects that have been applied to the video that was edited.  If the effects do not utilize GPU, then Premiere/Media Encoder will utilize the CPU for rendering even if CUDA/GPU was enabled.

And Premiere Elements does not come with the full package of features that Premiere Pro has.
