My dad has taken up photography and he talked about getting another camera.

This Canon camera seems nice. It also has wifi so he wont have to worry about sd cards, memory cards or cables when he wants to copy over photos.

Happy holidays everyone! :)

some other good ideas are

a decent camera http://www.amazon.com/Canon-18-55mm-Digital-Certified-Refurbished/dp/B016SN90HQ/ref=sr_1_5?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1449275747&sr=1-5&keywords=canon+t5 t5 is pretty good for the price for an average user

another good idea is a NAS since every person needs a way to backup their data http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KU686L4/ref=twister_B017BY42RE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

and a tablet for basic computing for someone who doesn't have one http://www.amazon.com/Nexus-Google-7-Inch-Black-Tablet/dp/B00DVFLJDS/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1449276001&sr=1-1&keywords=nexus+7

My dad barely knows how to use a computer but he loves watching TV. He enjoys content of the internet but he can't watch it on the small monitor, so a smart TV would be the PERFECT gift.

An iPad Mini 2 for my mother, she absolutely loves checking her promotional emails, browsing store websites, and checking the news/weather. However, she has trouble doing these tasks on her tiny phone, and the large monitor of our home computer. She also has a hard time when a site layout changes (notably yahoo, sadly she still uses it), so having dedicated mail and site apps will elevate this. She can also connect her iMessage and Facetime to text and call people easier, things she also really enjoys.

I would get my entire family an Nvidia K1 tablet because everyone in my family could benefit from it. My mom and dad would really benefit from having it because they could check emails and skype with people easily, my two younger brothers would love it for playing games like Bloons Tower Defense (one of their favorite games) and watching Netflix and Youtube, and in general it would just be a really nice thing to have around the house for them because if someone is using the desktop computer for work or other important tasks, the K1 would be a great secondary device to be able to work and play with. Besides, for the price the K1 is one of the best tablets out there, especially on the android side of things, and because Nvidia keeps android pretty vanilla there wouldn't be a whole lot of junk on the tablet that would confuse my siblings or parents (specifically my mother, who doesn't even own any smartphone of any kind and doesn't even want one).

Thanks for the giveaway guys!

I wanna get a Feenix Autore for my mother
http://www.amazon.com/Feenix-Autore-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B00XKUN4WS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449284102&sr=8-1&keywords=feenix
she has never understood my reason to get a mechanical keyboard because "fancy LEDs" = gaming and not for work, so i wanna get one for her, and the Autore is a really professional looking keyboard that she would probably use without people staring at her at work xD

This LG Ultrawide Monitor for my mom.

She does a lot of work on spreadsheets, word documents, email, and the like, and, right now, has a horrible second screen her company gave her.

After seeing my ultrawide that I bought, she has wanted one for the 4 way split screen multitasking capabilites, so she can have all of her work windows open at the same time.

A new and pretty basic computer for a friend of mine, Something good enough to help run a business from, but not too crazy. The computer they currently use is on it's deathbed and they've hit wit's end with it.

My stepdad has come to the realization he needs a new laptop. I'd get him this Chromebook as his eyesight is a bit poor (bigger screen = better) and it has decent speakers which he likes as he watches movies on his laptop often.

Beforehand, I would like to thank you guys for doing this. I hope the winners can find good use for their prizes and have a wonderful christmas.

Now... I have a best friend. She is still 15. Unfortunately she has cancer since little, I don't know exactly what cancer, but she got a surgery last summer. She was also diagnosed with hepatitis earlier this year. She loves art and drawing, especially manga. She runs on a laptop full of malware, but I think I can work on that for her. The thing is, she lives with an unstable family. Her parents are rarely home. Her father is the co-founder of a relatively large tourism company in our country. Her mother also works there. She is also needed by her father to represent him in meetings and make proposals and such. I don't really know too much about it, but she sometimes cry about it and complain to me, but I cannot really do anything. Her parents are not really supporting her with her passion in art. So, she had to borrow a drawing pad from someone every once in a while or use the one at school on breaktimes. So I think a drawing pad would suit her nicely.

once again thanks for the giveaway, hope everyone gets a memorable holiday

EDIT:

No, she is not a techy, her laptop is full of malware and I had to borrow her laptop to clean the junk. Until this very day she still doesn't want to let me reinstall windows on her laptop

I would give my non-techie Uncle a Apple TV (the newer version). He likes to watch MLB and Netflix a lot. Sadly, Apple TV's are not on Amazon.

I would love to buy my parents a nice vinyl record player like this one:

http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-AT-LP120-USB-Direct-Drive-Professional-Turntable/dp/B002S1CJ2Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449295835&sr=8-1&keywords=Audio-Technica+AT-LP120-USB

Hooking one of these up to my dad's DIY speaker (boxes) would bring great use to the ABBA, Tina Turner and other records my parents have accumulated from garage sales and second hand stores over the years.

Google OnHub Router

Link: http://www.amazon.com/OnHub-Wireless-Router-Google-TP-LINK/dp/B013ALA9LA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449299696&sr=8-1&keywords=google+on+hub

The gift is for my Dad.

Reason for this gift in particular is because he gets frustrated with WIFI drops and having to switch off the WIFI router and turning it on again.
