I wouldn't recommend buying a Seagate HDD, they fail alot and you should buy a cpu cooler because the FX series run hot.

Reliable $550 Starter PC (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KGgpZL) *Just waiting for someone to need help with there ram so I can make a downloadmoreram.com joke*

And a WD Blue is a few bucks more.

Don't get that CPU.

You don't need 2400mhz ram, "faster" ram changes nothing.

4GB on a 960 is useless.

The CX series will make your PC catch fire.

You're on a wrong roll today bud.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

That's not a normal use case senerio bottlenecking the CPU is not a factor because the build won't have something that powerful.

When the cost is the same (+/- $10), go with the faster RAM.  Would you not do the same?  :)

Play Fallout 4, or Ryse. This has literally been covered to DEATH and yet the misconception exists because people like you push it. Please, stop pushing outdated misinformation. The speed of your ram can increase the performance of your PC in gaming. I went from the listed 1600MHz of my GSkill Ripjawsx to 2200MHz, FOR FREE! I added some voltage to the tune of 1.64v total and changed the multiplier. BAM, 15fps boost with my minimum fps in Fallout 4.

Please, do some testing.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Wow, nice OC.  What are your timings like?

8gb costs 17$ if the price difference was smaller yea, but nope.

PLEASE don't get that power supply. See if anything from XFX or Seasonic is available. Also you could consider an SSD, they are much faster than HDD's, you won't regret buying one.

That's not terrible at all.  Was expecting worse.  :P

Me too  , I have to say I'm impressed with Gskill's products so far. I've kept a close eye on temps too and my case temps are unchanged, along with the board temps.

If anyone asks you never saw me.
