Fall out 4 on the Xbox One literally drops to 0fps in spots- or freezing, not sure

Syntaxvgm

It's been already known that the PS4 version drops to about 15 or so FPS when scoping in on a rifle or at some other points in the game, but new gameplay from the Xbox one, as well as some various complaints, show the game dipping to 0. Literally.

https://youtu.be/OPZXkdD1RwQ?t=2m5s

Look at 2:05

I would personally classify this as 'Freezing' as the whole game seems to halt, 0fps means it just would skip not stop (character would have kept walking)

edit

I think the sad thing is, console users, I'm talking about the ignorant ones who think their $300 machine is some engineering Marvell that somehow beats all computers that aren't 5000$, won't say "wow, fall out 4 sucks on console"- what I mean is instead of contributing to their opinion on console VS pc it will just contribute to Xbox vs Ps4 "omg lel xbox pleb ps4 is so much faster see they couldn't get FO4 to run "

edit 2-

I just realized this video has a 60 fps option. Why? Why would you go to the trouble?

No, it's not. It's Bethesda. I know consoles use AMD, but it's Bethesda's responsibility to make it run on all platforms they offer it on. They always get a pass on this, especially on /r/pcmr

it's bullshit, Bethesda has traditionally been one of the WORST as far as stability goes .

Plus, horse armour.

In the very least, I hear it's pretty stable on PC

FPS is not 'just a number'. Frame drops that make it clear stuttering is happening completely disengage you from the experience of the game.

And yet, the console players still think they are going to be able to do mods.

Consoles were never going to get the graphical mods that appear on the PC anyway. There is no chance in hell of Bethesda allowing script extenders or mods that require them on their mod site.

Not all mods are created equal: Bethesda are lazy shitheads that leave tons of bugs that are as simple as items with the wrong stats in the game and never patch them. They can at least get those without performance impact.
