windows 10 can you guess whats wrong here ?

so i upgraded to windows 10 day one >> and i IMMEDIATELY noticed that my a chunk of my ram is missing but i didn't want to lose all my programs and i didn't have time to reinstall everything i need for work yet today i noticed something new >> can you tell whats wrong with this pic ??

and this a bench with the closest thing to the 5820k the 5930k and i&you know it should be about the same speed maybe 1~5% difference so its not just a #justtaskmanagerthings

Here my friend, I had this issue a few days ago, basically what you do is you go to the "RUN" windows and you type in msconfig, then you go to the second bar on top and you click advanced options, after there will be a tab where you can selecct howmany core you use, uncheck the box and you are good to go. P.S. REBOOT AFTER
