Any 16:10 displays? (higher than 1200p)

themctipers

I just want to see if theres any more 16:10 displays that are new. I want to know because I might buy it this or next year with a gtx 1000 series.

I'm currently using a 1200p display that is an ASUS VW266H. I just want 16:10 because I'm so used to the extra hight and when I move to a 16:9 it doesnt feel right because im so used to the black bars.

As long as its compatible with HDMI from a GTX 760.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Nothing really, unfortunately. The last 2560x1600 that I remember releasing from a major vendor was the Dell U3014.

There's the Dell U2415. It's basically a 16:10 variant of the U2414H, known for it's extremely thin bezels. It's not brand new, but I think it was released less than a year ago.

Edit: incorrect resolution for monitor.

He's looking for something greater than 1920x1200, that's what he's already using.

Ah thanks, I noticed your post about the higher resolution but I didn't see any mention of that in his post - neglected to read the title again.

Dell seems to be one of the only 16:10 holdouts, in either 24" or 30" format. I've been holding on to my old 27" 1200p monitors even though they're dying because there's no good replacement option.

I would buy the U3014 for the 2560x1600. I hope it gets updated soon, but when Dell updated the 2709w into the U2711 it went from 16:10 to 16:9....so I'm not confident they won't screw it up again.

I think you can get refurbished U3014s off of ebay or dell outlet for less than new price.

Yes, I'm sitting in front of a U3014 and I love it.

Nevertheless I hope someone makes a good 4k 16:10 display...
