how to fix it ?

Not that much you can do other than RMA it. The digitizer needs to be cleaned or replaced.

i don't wanna pay service for so called WATERPROOF phone 

does that damage qualify for warranty ? (sorry for bad english)

Sorry, not going to be much help but can I ask, how come it was in water for 2 minutes?

If you contact Sony support they will walk through it with you and explain whether or not it is covered

Water damage is most of the time not in the RMA policy. Just try it. Maybe you can get it anyway.

The service center will do the same process. Only the center will fix it and the emailers wont. GL my friend.
