I'm going to say Battlefront as well, Transistor is also very pleasing visually as well, haven't played it just saw a few streams.

Lol, I love this game. I have it on GBA(Namco Museum)

I was wrong it wasn't altari, it's namco, I can still clearly remember the engine sound effects. This is what I played it on
