Where to buy Steam Gift Cards in Australia?

Hey all, I am just wondering where it is possible to buy steam gift cards in Australia. Apparently you can get tem at EB games and JB HI-FI but when I search, it doesn't show up on the website. So can you experienced Aussie buyers give me some info? Thanks a lot. Also a side question, to unlock your steam account apparently you need to add $5 (US) into your steam wallet or buy a $5 game. Do gift cards count? Thanks again.

Just be careful when buying some of them, my brother bought a $20 one from coles and it was in AUD not USD so when we put onto his account it came to $14.

We have stores like jb hifi for all-round tech and games but when it comes to computer parts they are only sold at specialised places like PCCaseGear, Scorptec and MSY

I am pretty sure gift cards to count :)

 

As long as you add some amount of money or I think get gifted a game as well you can upgrade to premium steam :)
