How to remove dust from a Radiator

My CPU has been running really hot so I checked the Radiator and their is a thick layer of dust on both sides how do I remove if not all but most of it..... I don't have any compressed air

get some compressed air and put something angled out of your case to deflect the dust away from the rest of your pc (hold a piece of paper under or next to the radiator and blow that stuff out!)

If you can remove the whole rad - wash it. Like.. literally. It's a closed up container so it shouldn't really affect anything. Leave it to dry tho. Please correct me, maybe i'm horribly wrong.. :P

There are risks with washing them, If one does not get all the water from the nooks and crannys it can corrode the rad faster then you think and make pin holes into the rad. So if one does do that you better make sure its 110% dry.
