Wondering if the the Phanteks PH-TC14PE is compatible with the ASrock z77 Pro 3 Motherboard, and if it has enough clearence for this ram:

as like the Noctua NH-D14, the fans are "adjustable" to height of h'sinks. but the overhang

of the tower itself makes the problem worse. the sniper series is not an issue, but the

RipJaws are.
