Unless you're leaving room for upgrades in the future, you can take quite a bit off that PSU for wattage. Also you can get a bit better CPU Cooler by Noctua. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd14 . You also may want an SSD if you have some more money. If you want better colors I recommend an IPS monitor too, like PB238Q.

Well here are my recommendations. Get a 750 watt 80+ gold psu, a h100i with noctua fans, a 128-256gb ssd (most important in my opinion), a I-5 4670k if you want to not (much performance lost in gaming when overclocked), and 8gb of ram if you really don't need 16gb.

Are you just doing 3d modeling? Any animation, heavy renders? What kind of programs are you using?

Modeling in general is fairly light unless you're doing very complicated projects.
