I've been using an old 4s for a few years now so the whole phone is probably my favorite feature but if i had to choose one i would pick the slow motion.

I can't choose , there is 2 features i really like : the slomotion and the 4K resolution .

4K video for the internets viewing sake. People love watching videos in 4k and would be amazed it's from a phone.

Virtual Shot looks heaps sick. Capturing where your standing in 3D instead of a 2D photo is amazing. You can immerse yourself in that location with a simple moving picture, looks great.
