Black screen in games - replaced nearly my entire PC, still here, desperate.

KeplerLabs

EDIT: I replaced my ENTIIIIIIRE PC, but i still have the issue, WHERE DOES THIS COME FROM ????????

Hello hello

As SOME of you will be able to see, i'm new, don't blame me if i miss something.

Config:

Windows 10 64

GTX 780 Ti Phantom

Kingston 16 gb 2133mhz Fury

Motherboard: MSI Gaming 7

i7 4770k 4ghz

Cooler master v850

So, since two weeks of the Windows 10 launch, i have the biggest issue i ever had with my computer (or the biggest problem i ever seen in my life)

First, it happens by a bad nvidia driver before the launch, i rollbacked and everything was fine again, then i updated, issues came back, then tried to rollback again, still have the issues...

In games that ask too much GPU power, i will first getting artifacts for 5 seconds then black screen, gpu fan goes to idle, i can still hear the game, but i can't do anything, even the HDD leds don't flash. I have to push "RESET" on my case.

As i am very good in PCs, i directly known that this was an issue related to the PSU, beacause in fact, the electrical installation of my apartment is 70 years old, i got 4 dead PSU, some lamps just explode with molten iron or metal, so i was looking for a new psu AND a UPS to be definitly safe.

But before buy this new PSU, here is what i tested:

-System restore

-Switch GPU to an AMD one (280x toxic)

-New fresh Windows 8.1 installation on another SSD

-sfc scannow

-set default clocks of the CPU

-Switched the PSU (from a Corsair RM 1000 to a Cooler Master v850)

-Installed the UPS (Eaton ELP1600)

-Memtest

-Clear CMOS

Also all temps are normal, nothing at this side. i can still play but with minimal settings.

I'm totally desperate, just spent 500€ to see this...... issue still here.

Actually, the ONLY thing that i didn't replaced is the motherboard (and ram too, but no errors in memtest, that dosen't mean i will try another ram sticks...), i have a spare Asus z87 deluxe that i will put as soon as i have the motivation.

The only software i installed after the Windows 8.1 install on another SSD is only Maxthon and Sapphire Trixx (tried the 280x on w8.1 too) i had this software on my w10 too, uninstalled it, same thing...

There is spare infos about my system - HWinfo 64 http://puu.sh/k74GF/c9d6faefae.png

EDIT: Also, i forgot to mention something, there was a time where i got strange things displayed on the screen instead of a black screen, and in all this corruptions i was able to read "planetside 2 was unable to access video memory" when i disabled nvidia's vsync with triple buffering and pre rendered frames.

Exactly. the same thing. on the 280x.

PS: English is not my primary language, learned myself, sorry.

Yes i tried another PCI slot some days ago, didn't change anything, actually i changed some bios settings about secure boot and oc genie since the led wasn't on and secure boot wasn't on too

last time i was unable to install drivers or another pc beacause of secureboot, maybe it's the cause so i will see

i'm dead desperate, but that's a good thing that i'm not alone ^_^

If you have tried everything but a new motherboard, its probably the motherboard, just go do it, alteast youll fix the problem.

They say you are what you eat, but I dont remember eating a legend.

um... this may be a dumb question, but have you tried another monitor? it might just be your monitor. or a different cable?

try just removing the GPU card and use the on board graphics, see what happens.

i ran prime95 by 12 minutes on the 8 threads everything was fine, 0 errors 0 warning, temps was only at 40C and cpu usage at 100%

So, two possibility, this plague spreads from component to component
OR
it's a electro magnetic field or something like that.

EDIT: As no one is able to help (thanks Deagon), Kepler Labs will close this cooperation, moderators can lock this thread now.

As the cooperation didn't got terminated successfully, the fix will not be shared.
