battlefield 4 punkbuster kicking me. for no apparent reason

so yeah. I fresh installed bf4 w/ all expantions n stuff. punkbuster, added bf4....

and it keeps kicking me out +- 15 seconds after being in game. or in the menu.  and on battlelog it gives me this :

so yeah. idk how to fix that.

Remove punkbuster from your BF4 folder and reinstall it using the software from PB's site.

Have you tried going in services.msc ? Just check whether it's enabled or not. You can try the classic turn off then turn on method or just reinstall it.

and it looks like its going to scam you

last time it got my account banned from all ea servers. cus someone got in my account, buyed far cry and fifa, and didn't install pb ......

The reason is stated here "Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe"  its a known issue, and its a pain to fix. Best way and the way that works most of the time is to uninstall PunkBuster, and reinstall it manually, and run the installer as admin, restart and then open services and make sure both pnkbstrA.exe and pnkbstrB.exe are both running.

im not saying its not a legit program it just looks fishy

If it wasn't trustworthy, EA wouldn't use it on most of their shooters.

eh. its still not working

 

I did so many things to sort this out on Battlefield Hardline, I spent hours trying to get it to work, I could not get it work and I just stopped playing the game.
